Sasga Yachts, nominated for the European Powerboat of the Year 2026 with the Menorquín 48FB

We are delighted to share that our Menorquín 48FB has been officially nominated for the European Powerboat of the Year 2026, in the category for boats up to 18 metres. The nomination was announced during the Cannes Yachting Festival, where the jury gathered to define the contenders for this prestigious European nautical award.

The jury is composed of experts and journalists from some of the most respected magazines in the industry: Åtmagsinet (Norway), Boote (Germany), Marina.ch (Switzerland), Neptune and Moteur Boat (France), Yacht Revue (Austria) and Náutica y Yates Magazine (Spain), highlighting the relevance of this recognition.

This nomination represents much more than an award: it is confirmation of our way of understanding navigation, based on quality, innovation and the Mediterranean spirit that inspires every Sasga model. Being among the finalists is a reward for the work, passion and authenticity we put into every boat.

The Menorquín 48FB perfectly embodies our philosophy. With 15.80 metres in length and 4.85 metres of beam, it blends the tradition of llaüts with modern techniques such as resin infusion and craftsmanship in woodwork. Its navigation combines solidity and comfort, offering a unique experience at sea.

The nomination for the European Powerboat of the Year 2026 reinforces our conviction: we are building boats that not only captivate through their aesthetics, but also stand out for their performance, quality and comfort in navigation.
