Genoa Boat Show 2026: An Incredible Week with Sasga Yachts

From October 1 to 6, we were at the Genoa Boat Show 2026 alongside our official distributor in Italy, Pedetti Yacht Sales. We brought three yachts, set up our stand and opened the doors. What happened next has left us with a smile that still hasn't faded.

Sasga Yachts at the Genoa Boat Show 2026

The Genoa International Boat Show 2026 is one of those events we mark in red on the calendar. It is one of the Mediterranean’s major boating events and, for a brand like ours, building yachts designed to enjoy the sea at an unhurried pace, it is the ideal place to show what we do.

This time, we were not there alone. We shared the space with Pedetti Yacht Sales, our official distributor in Italy and a trusted partner since 1995. Together, we welcomed clients, friends and industry professionals at stand YE501A, with our Menorquín yachts moored just a few steps away at berths E501, E503 and E505.

The Three Menorquín Yachts We Brought to the Genoa Boat Show 2026

Choosing which yachts to bring to a boat show is always a bit of a dilemma. In the end, we chose three models that represent the range well: different sizes, different ways of enjoying life on board, but the same character.

Menorquín 35 HT

The most compact of the three. A hardtop that offers comfortable navigation in both sun and wind, and is easy to handle as a couple or with the family. Many visitors came to see it with their first Menorquín in mind.

Menorquín 42 FB

With a flybridge and more space for spending entire days on board. This was the yacht where people tended to linger the longest, chatting up on the flybridge and looking out over the harbour.

Menorquín 48 HT

The largest of the yachts we brought to the show. Plenty of space, interiors where the craftsmanship of the woodwork really stands out, and that feeling of a home on the water that we love to convey.

A Stand Full of Visitors

If we had to choose just one thing from these six days, it would be the people. Our stand welcomed a constant stream of visitors: owners who already knew the brand, curious passers-by who stopped after spotting the yachts from the dock, and people who arrived with a very clear idea of what they were looking for and plenty of questions.

And then there were the friends. People who stopped by simply to say hello, give us a hug and spend some time with us. That won't appear in any of the show's statistics, but to us, it matters just as much as everything else.

So, from all of us, thank you to everyone who stopped by. To those who came to see the yachts and to those who came to see us.

Out on the Water: Sea Trials

Seeing a yacht at the dock is one thing; feeling it underway is something else entirely. That's why we're so pleased that several of you had the chance to take the Menorquín yachts out for a sea trial during the show.

The feedback you brought back was very positive. You told us about the way the hull performs, how comfortable it feels on board and the sense of calm that comes from a yacht that's in no hurry. Hearing it first-hand, just moments after you stepped ashore, is one of the best things that can happen at a boat show.

Why We Like Attending Shows Like the Genoa Boat Show 2026

A catalogue can tell you the dimensions of a yacht, but not how it feels to step on board. And that's exactly what we want people to experience when we attend a boat show.

You can feel the warmth of a Sasga from the moment you step on board. The wood, the spaces, the way every corner has been designed to make you feel at ease. It's difficult to put into words, which is why we'd rather people experience it for themselves.

The Genoa Boat Show gives us that opportunity: to have the yachts in the water, open them up to anyone who wants to come aboard and let them speak for themselves.

Thank You, Genoa

We’re heading home with great energy, very happy and with plenty of conversations still to continue. Thank you to Pedetti for all their work at the stand and the berths, to the organisers of the Genoa Boat Show 2026 and, above all, to everyone who came to see us.

And if you were left wanting more, you won't have to wait long.
