Sasga Yachts brings its nautical universe ashore. The Menorcan company has transformed one of the most exclusive spaces at Villa Le Blanc Gran Meliá, the five-star Grand Luxury hotel located on the seafront in Santo Tomás, Menorca.
This is how “Sasga Rooftop” was born: a serene and refined concept by the hotel pool. A place designed for relaxation, contemplation and the pleasure of experiencing the Mediterranean from above.
For Sasga Yachts, this invitation represents both a privilege and a challenge. The project was not about occupying a space or turning it into a brand showcase, but about respectfully interpreting a unique setting. Bringing to the hotel a way of working born at sea – noble materials and Menorcan sensitivity – without altering the essence of the rooftop.
An exclusive space for relaxation overlooking the Mediterranean
The customisation of the space is structured around the four essential elements of this terrace overlooking the sea: sun loungers, parasols, bar and swimming pool.
Each element has been approached according to the same principle: providing comfort, visual order and brand presence without altering the hotel’s original atmosphere.
The sun loungers invite guests to pause; the parasols create areas of shade and shelter from the Menorcan sun; the bar discreetly introduces a social dimension, becoming a meeting point by the water; and the swimming pool completes a setting where height, horizon and the Mediterranean converge on the same plane.
The presence of wood, natural textures and a restrained visual palette allows Sasga Rooftop to preserve the serene elegance of Villa Le Blanc Gran Meliá while incorporating the craftsmanship of Sasga Yachts: precision, expertise and a way of understanding luxury through balance rather than excess.

Sasga Rooftop does not seek to recreate a boat on land, but to bring to the space the same sensitivity with which Sasga Yachts builds its vessels.
